Framework & annexes
The customer relationship is governed by the Customer Framework Agreement v5 with five annexes: DPA (Art. 28 GDPR), SLA & credit ladder (Annex 4), Pricing (Annex 3 · Product Catalogue), Delivery locations, and invoicing (one to three Client-facing invoices preserved, § 8.1).
§ 7 · Invoicing, disputes & payment
SEPA B2B Direct Debit (Firmenlastschrift), payment net 14–30 days per Data Sheet — default 30 (§ 8.3); one consolidated payment via Stripe Connect. Invoice disputes per the framework agreement; accepted disputes settled via Gutschrift in the next statement.
Annex 4 · SLA & donations
On-time delivery targets and credit ladder. Liability for donated surplus passes after acceptance at hub.
